Ingredients

  • 1 lb dry spaghetti or asian noodles
  • 4 tablepsoons butter
  • 20 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce (low sodium or regular)
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • Heaped 1/4 cup parmesan
  • Scallions

Method

Start by grinding garlic in a mortar and pestle with some salt.

Cook the pasta in a frying pan (to make the water very starchy)

Melt butter in a pan, not brown just melt. Add garlic into it until fragrant, not brown.

Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce and stir to combine.

Add cooked noodles to the sauce, and stir with tongs or chopsticks.
