Southern American ‘casserole’ - i.e. just a bunch of stuff rammed together. This is sort of gross but good.

Ingredients

  • 2 small cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 jar lays french onion dip
  • 1lb lean mince
  • 10oz pasta
  • pack of crispy onions
  • cheese?

Method

Preheat oven to 350F/175C.

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water.

Meanwhile, use a dutch oven/oven proof pan to cook the mince. When browned, add the dip and soup, mix to combine and take off heat. Add the pasta, fold in.

Top with crispy onions and cheese, cook in oven for 25-30mins.
