Best salad everrrrr.

Ingredients

Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Salad:

  • 3 romaine lettuce hearts
  • 1 (10.5 oz) container cherry tomatoes
  • 5 oz crumbled gorgonzola cheese (or blue cheese)
  • 6 oz prosciutto (2 packs)
  • 1 large avocado

Method

Mix all the dressing ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth.

For the salad, chop the lettuce, tomato and avocado, into separate bowls!

Cook the proscuitto by laying slices in the frying pan until crispy. Dry on kitchen towels, crumble by smushing with another kitchen towel on top.

To make the salad, fill a bowl with lettuce, and place the avocado, tomatoes, cheese, proscuitto, and tomatoes on top in bands to form a pretty pattern. Mix on the table in front of everyone and add dressing.
