Ingredients

Filling:

  • 2 instant french vanilla pudding packets (the french part is important!?)
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 8 oz cool whip (‘stabilized’ (fake) whipped cream)

Base:

  • graham crackers (digestives)

Frosting:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

For filling, mix all ingredients.

Line 9x13” pan with graham crackers (don’t need to break up). Pour half of filling over. Add another layer crackers. Add rest of filling. Top with final layer of crackers, and add frosting on top of this.

For frosting, mix frosting ingredients together, heat to boiling for 1 minute. Pour over top of graham crackers while hot.

Refridgerate overnight.
