Like a chicken pie, sorta.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast
  • 1 small tin condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small tin condensed cream of celery soup
  • Onion
  • Carrots
  • Frozen peas
  • Tin of ready to cook (american, not cookies) biscuits, buttery.

Method

Dice onion and carrot, place in bottom of slow cooker. Add peas.

Cut chicken into chunks and place in slow cooker.

Pour over both tins of soup, add water to cover chicken.

Put on low for 4-6 hours.

When 30mins from serving, tear biscuits up and place on top. Increase heat to high.

Serve with fresh greens?
