Bit more involved, but cucumber smashes two ways. One is sweet, the other a little spicier with the basel.

Tommy Bahama’s Smash:

1 ¾ parts Hendrick’s® Gin
¾ part St-Germain® Elderflower Liqueur
½ part simple syrup
½ part lime juice
4 cucumber cubes, each ¾"
½ part club soda
2 cucumber slices

Muddle cucumber cubes with lime juice in a mixing glass.
Add gin, St-Germain, simple syrup and ice.
Mix well and strain over fresh ice.
Top with soda.
Simple Syrup:

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
Combine ingredients in a saucepan, bring to boil and simmer until sugar is fully dissolved, stirring frequently.
Set aside to cool.

Double Rocks

Ice:
Cubes

Garnish:
2 cucumber slices

This is excellent but quite sweet. They have an amazing cocktail list though.

Cucumber Basil Smash

INGREDIENTS

11⁄2 part Hendrick's Gin
3⁄4 part fresh lemon juice
3⁄4 part simple syrup
3-5 basil leaves
3-5 cucumber wheels
DIRECTIONS

In a mixing glass, muddle basil, cucumber, and simple syrup.
Add Hendrick’s Gin, lemon juice, and ice.
Shake well and fine strain into an iced double rocks glass.
Garnish with a bunch of basil and a cucumber wheel.
